WICK VapoRub Cold Ointment
 Used for:
 Stuffy nose;
 cough;
 Promote breathing;
 Helps good night sleep to improve colds, coughs, hoarseness, pharyngitis and bronchial mucositis.

 Suggested use:
 smear:
 -Adults and children over 12 years old: 2 to 4 times a day, 2 to 3 teaspoons in size.
 -Children over 2 years old-12 years old: 2 to 4 times a day, 1 teaspoon each time.
 Apply to the chest, neck and back of adults and children over 6 years old, and gently wipe for 3-5 minutes. For children from 2 to 5 years old, it only applies to the chest and back, not to the nose and around the face. Wear loose clothing to inhale vapors more easily. It is especially recommended before going to bed.
 Inhalation:
 -Adults and children (do not use inhalation methods under 6 years old!)
 Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of WICK VapoRub in a bowl or other large surface container. Heat 1/2 liter of water (do not use a microwave oven) and heat it in a pot. When steam is generated, inhale for 10-15 minutes. Please turn off the heating system at this time. Do not reuse it afterwards. Do not leave children unattended when inhaling.
 If symptoms do not improve after three to five days or if you have a long-term cough, fever, or cough and wheezing, you should consult your doctor.
