Minerals and trace elements

Minerals (quantity and trace elements) are vital micronutrients. Since we cannot produce them ourselves, we must supply them from the outside through food.
The basic tasks of minerals include regulating metabolism, blood formation and maintaining water balance. These minerals can also be used as raw materials for bones and teeth.

According to the content in the human body, distinguish minerals and trace elements. Quantitative elements are present in the body in higher concentrations, so they must be provided in milligrams per day, and the dose of trace elements is much lower.
