Shipping method and cost

The goods are sent directly from Germany, and the order settlement amount has already included the local handling fees in Germany, international shipping registration fees, insurance fees, and Taiwan domestic registration fees. All shipments will be delivered by Deutsche Post DHL.

​It usually arrives in about 10 working days after it is sent. Currently, shipments are slow due to the global epidemic. Please forgive me.

If you need a larger order. You are welcome to write to us directly. Shipping fee will be reduced

Payment method?​

Payment methods are PAYPAL credit card online swiping (including buyer protection), or ATM bank transfer. Alipay payment.

The goods are sent directly from Germany (the price of goods purchased by members includes the local handling fees in Germany, international shipping registration fees, insurance fees, and domestic shipping fees in Taiwan).​

Are the products on the website in stock?

All the products on the website are all the product pictures published by German manufacturers. When the account is received, the German pharmacy will immediately stock the goods. Under normal conditions, it will be sent in about three working days, and will be shipped with the latest shelf life of the product.

I have a problem with the product, how can I return it?

Medical beauty and food products in order to avoid controversy. Once received, no returns will be accepted. But if the goods are missing, wrong or damaged when you receive it. Please contact us immediately. We will help you deal with it immediately.
