Indications:
Fat absorption disorders in adults and children over the age of 10 can prevent vitamin A and vitamin E deficiencies.

Dosage:
Unless otherwise specified, take 1 soft capsule a day after meals together with a sufficient amount of liquid. Without medical supervision, the daily dose of 1 soft capsule must not be exceeded.

Contraindications:
Allergic to vitamin A, vitamin E, peanuts, soy or any other ingredients. Treat with retinoic acid and its chemical derivatives. Do not use it for increased intracranial pressure and hypervitamin A.

During pregnancy, you should consult a doctor regardless of the use of dietary supplements. If pregnant women without medical prescriptions use it by themselves, the maximum daily dose of vitamin A should not exceed 8,000 IU. Therefore, the dosage instructions must be strictly followed. Vitamin A reaches the unborn baby through the placenta and then enters breast milk. Taking large doses of drugs during pregnancy may cause malformations in children.

Hemodialysis (risk of hypervitamin A and hypercalcemia), hypertriglyceridemia type V (risk of hypervitamin A), alcoholism (increased liver damage), liver dysfunction and lipid metabolism disorders are required Special attention and medical supervision.

side effect:
Under normal use, there are no side effects.

interaction:
Possible interactions with vitamin A are: dicoumarin, warfarin (enhance anticoagulant activity). Antibiotics, such as tetracycline (increased intracranial pressure). Retinoic acid and its derivatives (risk of overdose of vitamin A). Neomycin, colestyramine and colestipol (inhibits the absorption of vitamin A in the intestine).

Possible interactions with vitamin E include: iron supplements (the effect of vitamin E is reduced, the intake interval should be several hours). Vitamin K deficiency due to insufficient absorption or inadequate absorption or administration of vitamin K antagonists (such as anticoagulants) (because a large decrease in vitamin K has been observed, blood coagulation should be carefully monitored).

Vitamin A affects protein synthesis in different tissues. In particular, three areas of action can be distinguished: 1. Influence on the growth and differentiation of certain structures in bone tissue; 2. Reproduction (for example, spermatogenesis); 3. Visual process (Vitamin A forms the visual pigment rhodopsin). For example, lack of vitamin A can cause night blindness.

Vitamin E is particularly important because its mode of action is as a physiological antioxidant (free radical scavenger). When combined with vitamin A, it can prevent the oxidative degradation of vitamin A in the stomach and promote its storage in the liver.
